The FIRE “White Certificates for an Energy-Efficient Industry” award, organized by the Italian Federation for the Rational Use of Energy in collaboration with ENEL Distribuzione as part of KeyEnergy, has been awarded. The competition is dedicated to the best projects for smart energy use in the industrial sector presented by energy service companies and companies with energy managers accredited with the GSE.
For the projects presented by energy service companies, the project presented by Energika was awarded, which is an exemplary case of how a qualified external company can support an industrial enterprise in finding effective and targeted solutions to exploit local energy resources (in this case groundwater appropriately used to reduce consumption of plastic molding). The award was collected by Eng. Paolo Paglierani.
