As required by Article 11 of the Ministerial Decree of December 28, 2012, the GSE published the Annual Report on the White Certificates mechanism.. The document aims to illustrate the main results and most significant trends found by the GSE, which is responsible for managing the savings evaluation and certification process, in the year 2015. In the period under review, 10,763 Requests for Verification and Certification (RVCs) were submitted related to both initial and subsequent reporting, and 999 Project and Measure Program Proposals (PPPMs), for which the GSE recognized a total of 5 million TEEs corresponding to 1.7 Mtoe of primary energy savings achieved. the largest number of applications submitted refers to the industrial sector, and the distribution of the recognized titles also shows this trend: 64 percent of the TEEs recognized for the year 2015 refer to energy efficiency projects implemented or to be implemented in the industrial sector.
